We're looking for a full time, experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing and ambitious digital marketing agency in Dubai.
We're looking for someone that is tenacious, motivated, dedicated and has a strong track record of delivering significant new business for a marketing agency.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 5 years experience of working for a marketing agency in a similar role, at least 2 years experience of working in Dubai and a ready made network of contacts.
The role:
- research, identify and target prospective clients
- make contact with prospects via the most appropriate means and build relationships
- attend face to face meetings to present agency credentials
- create tailored proposals based on prospective client needs and requirements
- produce tender documents for new business opportunities and present in a pitch scenario
- develop new business development strategies and plans
Experience
- at least 5 years experience in a business development role, ideally for a digital agency
- experience, expertise and knowledge of the digital marketing sector
We're looking for an individual who:
- has a clear track record of delivering new business for an agency type organisation and has exceeded sales targets
- has strong communication and social skills
- is comfortable conversing with individuals from different backgrounds and at levels of seniority
- has some technical knowledge of website and App development (an advantage only)
- can bring their own network of relevant prospects and ready made new business opportunities
- a focused and motivated individual who is highly organised, able to hit targets and can manage their own time effectively
Other benefits
In addition to a monthly salary commission will also be payable for new business revenue generated.
