Candidate should be Diploma/Certificate holder with 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE of HIGH RISE BUILDING (Tower), Hotels, Hospitals, VILLAS and SCHOOLS .Having sound knowledge of MS Office . Commanding personality with sound communication skills

• Receive a written or electronic data of workers attendance from production department which has to updated & maintained on day to day basis.
• Ensure Time & Attendance records are submitted on every employee within established deadlines.
• Prepare and validate corrected timesheets, as necessary.
• To interact with internal customers to ensure all incoming and outgoing timesheets and personnel employment data are processed in a timely fashion.
• To prepare timesheets for the designated project.
• To Prepare and update personnel lists for Project Manager.
• To audit and verify timesheets against project manning lists and attendance/leave reports.
• Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
• Calculate overtime for all the employees.
• Handle complaints or questions regarding discrepancies.
