1- Manage a customer support by phone call, email, messaging.
2- Sending a report back to Operational Manager.
3- Able to manage and to complete the assign task.
Qualification for this position, candidate must be able speak and read in English, fast learner, hard working person and able to manage the task with the target.
Minimum education, must pass any diploma or degree from any University. Marketing, Economic and Finance field will be an advantage.
