DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (URGENT CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY)
Managing petty cash & coordinate with the payments
Prepare financial statements & reports (Cash Book & Weekly and Monthly Accounts Reports)
Bank reconciliation process and banking procedures including cheque deposits, cash deposits ;
Accounts Receivables - Create and post sales invoices as per the requirements and follow up for receipts
Accounts Payables - Post the purchase invoices and proceed for the payments
Process with VAT and proceed for the payments
Administrative support
QUALIFICATION
Graduation in Commerce
Knowledge in SAGE accounting software is an added advantage
1-2 years experience (Contracting industry is preferred)
