Job details
1. General Sales Responsibilities:-
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Daily /Monthly reporting to Sales Management.
2. Marketing Responsibilities :-
• Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
• Execute brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
• Highly creative think out of the box.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Organize the events to promote new products.
