A leading shopping mall management corporation is looking for two Customer Services Executive who will be responsible to oversee smooth functioning of mall operations and it's maintenance in an efficient, effective and productive manner, as per the requirements and standards set by the management in addition to providing excellent customer services support to customers and tenants.

Job Description:

• Responsible to oversee the overall management of mall, and check the mall operations on daily basis

• In charge to do record keeping of daily work and reporting to the manager, and suggest the problems, personal experiences and opinions

• In charge to record the monthly reading of electricity meters, prepare bills and distribute to the relevant shops inside the mall.

• Responsible to distribute certain notices, or any other documents to the tenants and shops

• Handle some emergency situation, like calling ambulance, police in case of severe mishap like death, fight, earthquake etc.

• In charge to do some investigation of tenants regarding their operations to make sure they are not disobeying company standards and policies

• Effectively manage and resolve Customer and tenants queries, subscriptions, complaints and disputes via email, phone or face to face conversation

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information about products and services offered by China Mall

• Work on improving Customer Service guidelines and procedures in coordination with seniors

• Supervise the work of cleaning including mall (inside and outside) and the warehouse

• In charge of security checks of mall and the warehouse in coordination with Customer Services and security department

• Any other work assigned as per the needs by concerned superiors

Mandatory Requirements:

• Great people and customer services skills

• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills

• Excellent knowledge in MS Office for preparing reports and documents

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills

• Good at communication and customer services skills

• Should have the ability to take responsibility and work carefully

• Must be an excellent team player

• Must have at least 1 year related working experience in mall management in UAE

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or public relations

• Candidate must be able to speak Arabic with good command on MS Office in preparing reports and documents

• Male candidates should be preferred
