Responsibilities:

• Support the Leasing Manager/Head of Leasing in planning and implementing tenancy mix in the retail mall.

• Identify and short-list suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall.

• Responds and follows up on leasing enquiries and complaints.

• Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate the tenancy and finalize rental and other terms and conditions.

• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship.

• Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and insurance as well as monitor and analyse tenants' sales and overall performance.

• To budget the rental/renewal rate, and involvement in negotiation process for applications and renewals of tenancies to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

• Conduct market research / competitor research on shopping centres in order to keep abreast of retail property development in the market.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent

• At least 2 years of working experience in property leasing / building management

• Strong negotiator, a team player with excellent analytical skills and business acumen

• Strong report writing and presentation skills

• Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Possess own transport and willing to travel

• Willing to work at Damansara Perdana.
