We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team and clients.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
You must coordinate with the sellers to get their property details.
You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Qualifications
Female Only!
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator in real estate industry
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Husband or Father Sponsorship preferred!
