Job Summary:

The company secretary will be responsible for managing the administrative demands and needs of the company.

Role Responsibilities:

- Efficiently organizes and handles records, documents and files

- Schedule management including meetings, deliveries, travel arrangements

- Forwards and report information to the company by receiving and distributing communications

- Assists in preparing reports and other company requirements such as certificates, letters



Qualifications:

- Completed at least High School or College Level; Experience in administrative or office work/assistance is a plus 

- Knowledgeable in office management

- Must be organised and possesses great multi-tasking abilities

- Can work under pressure; willing to work overtime

- Good written, listening and communication skills

- Technical skills required: must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)

- Essential traits: Honest, hard working

- 1 to 2 year/s experience; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Must be residing or willing to work in Muntinlupa

- Can start immediately
