Job details
Rapidly growing Emirati education services agency seeking a smart, well-spoken Academic Advisor with strong people skills, and the drive to learn, grow and develop as the agency expands. We're not looking for experience in particular, we're looking for a young, energetic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Attends to student phone calls and all incoming student inquiries
- Remains fully updates on various course options in the UAE, to be able to readily assist students with required information
- Collect all student documents, and create student consultation files with complete information on the student and their requirements
- Assist students to analyse all available options
- Assist students with the registration process
- Maintain strong relations with university admission departments to ensure referred students are handled on a priority basis
- Work towards company's student referral plan and meet with all provided targets
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Arabic and English (Only bilingual candidates will be considered for this position)
- Bachelor Degree (minimum required qualification) obtained from a university in the UAE
- Great people skills - ability to deal with parents, students and university representatives
- Valid UAE Driving License
