For our Julius Meinl Regional HQ in Dubai, we are looking for a

Sales & Business Development Executive

The primary responsibility of the Sales & Business Development Executive is to achieve the sales and visibility targets in his area and ensure full achievement of core distribution in the assigned customer segment or territory.

Your tasks:

- Help build and grow the Julius Meinl brand and its customer base within UAE

- Acquisition of new HORECA customers in the set target customer groups or territory

- Responsible for the achievement of the set sales targets

- Manage existing and newly acquired accounts

- Effective execution of project roll-out and implementation of solution to new accounts

- Develop new business opportunity by cross-selling of Julius Meinl products

- Ensure high brand visibility within the Horeca Channel via branding activities

- Working on customer relationship and extension to further venues within the same customer

- Building a pipeline of new additional sales opportunities

- Carry out regular coffee tastings to prospects and customers supported by Julius Meinl Baristas

- Respond to customer complaints and provide constant customer support

- Complete and submit reports accurately in a timely manner

Your qualifications:

- Sales experience (ideally in HoReCa or in FMCG sector)

- Fluent in Arabic and good command of English

- Driving License is required

- Open-minded, outgoing and communicative personality

- Clean and professional appearance

- Disciplined and organized

- Entrepreneurial thinking

- Drive for results

- High level of customer and service orientation
