For our  Regional HQ in Dubai, we are looking for a

HORECA Account Manager

The primary responsibility of the Senior Account Manager is to manage the existing Key Accounts of Julius Meinl as well as to support the acquisition of additional Key Accounts in the MENA region.

Your tasks:

- Help build and grow the Julius Meinl brand and its customer base within UAE

- Manage and provide superior customer support to existing Julius Meinl Key Accounts in the MENA region

- Manage relationships between Julius Meinl and team members and management of Key Accounts

- Establish relationships within the industry to acquire additional new Key Accounts

- Effective project management and execution of project roll-out and implementation within existing and newly acquired Key Accounts

- Planning, organization and participation in customer events

- Develop new business opportunity by cross-selling of Julius Meinl products

- Ensure high brand visibility via branding activities

- Working on customer relationship and extension to further venues within the same customer

- Building a pipeline of new additional sales opportunities within and outside of Key Accounts

- Respond to customer complaints and provide constant superior customer support

- Complete and submit reports accurately in a timely manner

Your qualifications:

- Sales experience (ideally in HoReCa or in FMCG sector)

- Fluent in Arabic and English

- Driving License is required

- Open-minded, outgoing and communicative personality

- Clean and professional appearance

- Disciplined and organized

- Entrepreneurial thinking

- Drive for results

- High level of customer and service orientation
