Sales Advisor

eGolf Megastore, Dubai


eGolf Megastore is the UAE's largest golf retailer and we are further expanding our retail operations with a new Dubai store opening in October 2016.


We're seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to on board in the position of Retail Sales Advisor. In this role, you will maintain customer service standards, generate sales, assist with merchandising, manage inventory etc. You will report to the Store Manager - Retail.

 

Key responsibilities:


Sales Advisor Responsibilities

• Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement

• Uphold EGolf Megastore standards for merchandise presentation of the best apparel and equipment brands in Golfing goods

• Demonstrate ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity

• Promote company programs including Rental sales, loyalty program, and other seasonal promotions

• As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary

• Receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments

• Recognize and monitor security issues

• Keep merchandise area tidy

• Stock take of Inventory

• Requisition of new/replenishment stock


Qualifications:

• Must have 2-3 year minimum retail operation experience

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays

• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast paced environment

• Able to work in a team environment with emphasis on customer satisfaction

• Detail oriented, good communicator, driven to succeed

• Service and sales oriented with high motivation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Compensation:

Package includes competitive tax-free salary, target based commissions and other benefits including medical and annual return flight home.
