We believe that bikes can change the world. As Workshop Manager, you will share our passion for two wheels and understand cycling as a lifestyle. You will be an ambassador for cycling, and live by Ride Bike Shops mission, vision and values. A keen eye for detail is essential, with a natural flair for mechanics, engineering and a methodical approach to problem solving. You will be people orientated, with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate a team of mechanics and bike builders. You will work directly with store managers in delivering a high quality repair service, ensuring work carried out is of outstanding quality, and delivered in a timely manor.

• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Positive customer satisfaction ranking
• Acceptable level of service booking faults for bike builds and services
