Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Daily check storeroom requisitions for timely preparation and issuance of items.

2. Prepare all items requested as per the storeroom requisition for timely pick up by the concerned department.

3. Ensure proper policy procedures are maintained for all stock items received and issued

4. Responsible for receiving according to the approved order and proper arrangements of all stock items.

5. Co-ordinate with F & B Cost Controller, whenever conducting inventories.

6. Maintain cleanliness, functional arrangements of storerooms, cold rooms, stocks.

7. Record Food & Beverage items expiry dates and report to Chef and Department Heads.

8. Coordinate with Purchasing Dept. and timely inform stock status

9. Follow up with supplier to arrange the delivery of the product.

10. Co-ordinate with Maintenance Dept. for Material Pull-In and Pull Out after getting the approval of Airport Authorities.

11. International delivery arrangements and Stock managements.

12. Uniform issuance and stock management.
