Coordinates Air shipments as related activities to their final destination by performing the following duties;
Coordinates and ensures timely bookings with airlines on customer behalf.
Keep communication open with customer and overseas in regards to shipment.
Follow up airline to keep track of departure information and updates.
Ensure client is updated in timely manner on the progress of the shipment till final delivery.
Keep and maintain good customer relation on business.
