The Accounts Administrator performs a variety of general accounting support tasks to obtain financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. The accounts administrator must be committed and flexible.


Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
  • Prepare & update records
  • Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports

Data entry and book keeping

  • Enter data into computer system using defined computer programs (Peach Tree/Sage 50 Premium)
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records
  • Manage & moniter sales system - RetailPro
  • Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing finances
  • Overall office administration
