Sales Manager Oil & Gas -UAE & Qatar

Purpose of the job

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Oil & Gas team within Industry International. You are going to sell our innovative and complex projects to international oil & gas and petrochemical operators your region will be primarily the Middle East. Our clients are located all over the world and you will easily adapt to other cultures and you like to speak more languages.

 Key tasks

• Improve our position at clients worldwide in a structured way, building long term strategic relationships and maintain them.

• Prepare a regional market and sales plan with hard targets for customer contacts, commitments, offers and sales.

• Engage (potential) customers and identify technical issues/ System incompliances within our scope of business and sell studies and solutions based on our reference projects.

• You manage the whole sales process (prospecting, pre-qualification, proposal management, until handing over to project management, customer satisfaction / intimacy, after sales support).

• Working with the client key account manager, other sales managers and operations.

• Networking with new customers and developing orders to meet the desired growth of the business, driving sales up to at least 20 million euros per year.

Your profile

• Technical Bachelor or Master's degree (an electrical background is preferable).

• Significant experience as Sales Manager, with an excellent track record and network in the oil & gas industry in the Middle East, selling projects preferably on management level.

• You should be able to work on operational, tactical and strategical level.

• You are confident in selling consultancy, solutions and system integration.

• You have the potential to make a next step (horizontal or vertical) in our organization.

• Significant international experience, no obstacles for traveling all over the world.

• Fluent English speaking and writing.

• You are already located and permitted to work in the Middle East.
