a medical center in Dibba, which is part of a Multi-Specialty Hospital, is seeking to a hire qualified Nurses with MOH license to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be:
•Performs nursing care in response to clients' needs supported by nursing knowledge, research and reflective practice
•Documents the nursing care of each client from admission to discharge in accordance with the general principles and legal requirements for documentation.
•Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and acts as a client advocate to ensure high quality client care.
•Utilizes and ensures maintenance of equipment and instruments as appropriate
•Initiates emergency, safety practices and fire safety measures as necessary
•Knowledge of current and established professional nursing concepts principles and practices.
•Skills required to provide nursing care.
•Leadership and management skills.
•Understanding of the diverse cultural customs and religious beliefs of the clients
•Ability to communicate effectively in English
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor Degree in Nursing/Diploma in Nursing
•MOH License is a must
Minimum 2- 3 years of previous working experience
