Description:
Dubai luxurious ladies salon is looking for a female spa supervisor to join our team in Umm Suqeim 3 Dubai.
Key Role: To establish relationship with the clients and staff by providing a high standard of customer service by manning the reception, managing the database and the treatment floor effectively.
Job Responsibility:
•Supervise and monitor reception team
•Understand the customer relationships and build customer trust and confidence
•Handle client complaints effectively (external and internal)
•Responsible for maintaining over all SOP's for front desk and treatment floor
•Ensure the booking system is managed effectively with scheduling
•Prepare all daily and weekly reports
•Assist spa manager for the smoothly running of the day to day spa operations
Essential Skills required:
•Excellent Customer Service Skills and Multi-tasking ability.
•Prior experience in handling multiple telephone lines.
•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
•Situational leadership and creativity.
•Work requires willingness to work under a flexible schedule.
•Team Player, willing to accept challenges and able to meet them.
•A Bachelor's Degree, 2 -4 years of experience in similar role
