We are looking for an extremely confident individual to join our team.
The Leasing & Sales Coordinator's basic responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing properties for the agents.
2. Uploading properties to CRM and websites and keeping advertisements and available property lists up to date.
3. Sourcing new properties from landlords and property companies.
4. Assisting 8-10 agents to close deals
5. Monitor agents' standards and enforce quality control.
6. Reporting daily and weekly to management
7. Assisting clients and allocating leads to Agents
Along with these basic responsibilities the Leasing and Sales Coordinator will perform all or some of the following:
1. Work with agents, team and management to assist with all administrative requirements associated with sales and leasing.
2. Work with management to understand, review, and present all Sales/Leasing analytical reports
3. He/She will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the Monthly Sales Report
4. Coordinate with Leasing and Sales Team to prepare and send out a weekly communication to the entire company members
5. He/She will coordinate weekly/monthly Sales /Leasing Team meetings
6. Track progress of all contracts that are in negotiation phase
7. He/She will be responsible for ensuring proper signatures and file management of executed contracts
8. Track all contracts that are coming up for renewal
9. Assist with any sales presentations (printing/binding) or 'Request For Proposal' documentation (mapping)
10. He/She will work with Marketing to coordinate any leasing and sales support and collateral required for property viewings
11. Provide primary sales support to all direct/indirect sales representatives
12. The Sales and Leasing Coordinator will coordinate viewings, manage calendar, and handle expense reports.
13. He /She shall filter daily the property inventory of the company, shall call and email the landlord for property listings, update , publishing in website
14. He/She shall arrange all ads in Company website or any other adverting/marketing sites, magazines with the right description and price
15. He/She shall distribute properties to agents as per management approval
16. Attend transfers, meeting with clients, viewings, or any assignments indoor or outdoor.
17. Attend calls from clients and report them to agents/management.
Commission is earned based on the level of deals completed by the Team, therefore it is essential that a highly motivated applicants should apply.

 Home search database
 Moving consulting, quotes, planning, etc
 Mortgage consulting and loan pre-approval
 Obtaining a comparative market analysis for potential sellers
 Property preparation
Financial Considerations The company expects to reach the desired profits in the first year and does not anticipate serious cash flow problems. We believe that the average profitability per month for the first 3 years will be sufficient.
