• Graduate of Commerce, Business, Math, Communication, Social Sciences or other similar studies
• At least 6 months work experience in a similar capacity
• Background in encoding, invoicing, basic bookkeeping, logistics, business correspondences, client coordination, admin assistance, and other similar tasks
• Good communication (verbal and written), numerical, and people skills
• Fast and enthusiastic learner
• Focused, diligent, and attentive to details
• Critical thinker
• Comfortable in handling desk work and field work (coordinating with clients)
• Can work under pressure
• Capacity to deliver quality work on time
• Has sense of integrity
• Open to work in Makati
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift or mid-shift
