Educational Requirements:
Matric
Retail, Fitness or Marketing qualification would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
2 - 3 Years related experience and training
Must have Managerial - Leadership and decision making experience
A proven track record
Business acumen: an understanding of basic business processes
Strong attention to detail
Consistency
Meeting targets
Computer literate
Attention to detail
Like a dog with a bone
Loves process and adheres to it every time
Communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong personality not a roll over but also not rude
Well-spoken and well presented
Responsibilities:
Purchase, co-ordinate & track the completion & delivery of all First fits, Strike offs, pre-production samples, shipping samples & final bulk within the allocated time frames & in line with the agreed target prices
Send tech packs & fabric swatches to suppliers for prices
Co-ordinate with management to make critical decisions related to product developments
Identifying areas of improvements and concerns and recommend improvements
Provide assistance to product designs and development teams
Provide project status updates to management on periodic basis
Review product designs and recommend changes to management
Develop best practices to optimize product development procedures
Addition:
R15000 pm
Working hours: Are mall hours
Flexible and adaptable in working hours
Need to be fit
Preferably candidates younger than 30 years of age
Must have clear CRIM record
Certificates and latest payslip to be sent with your application along with a current photo of yourself
