• Establish a new Division to offer new alternate channel products including 
  
• Debit/Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, POS, Bill Payments system, electronic payment
   system 
  

• Create and implement channel strategies for all customer segments to achieve effective channel use 
  
• Accountable for managing the channels and maximizing performance as well as ;
  
• Develop strategy for driving and managing cross­sell of all retail products and services through the
   alternative ;
  
• Accountable for regular Client Integration meetings across geographies and segments to drive ;
  
• Develop and meet cross­sell targets and increased PUC (Product Use Count) over alternative
   channels
  

Requirements:

• 6 - ­7 years established prior experience with strategic development in Alternative channels and ;
  
• Business degree + IT qualifications preferred
