Finance Accounting Manager
Roles
• Manage a multinational team of accountants and interact with data creators in multiple countries across multiple time zones and business units
• Responsible for ensuring reconciliations and financial statements are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in all business units
• Interacting with tax consultants and staff in multiple jurisdictions to ensure completion in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop and maintain cash flow projections
• Coordinate with business units to ensure the supply chain is efficient with respect to payments and document controls
• Analyze and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting information
• Develop and implement processes across all accounting and finance-related activities
• Conduct internal audits
• Interact with external auditors to ensure compliance
• Interact with ownership and convey information in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or ACCA will be an added advantage
• Indians and and Filipinos are encouraged to apply
• 3+ Years' experience in accounting / finance
• Quick Books knowledge is a must have
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to interact with many nationalities over phone and electronic communications
