Working conditions:

• Work and residence permit are paid by customer

• 2 years official employment contract

Responsibilities:

• Coach your team and motivate them to deliver the highest standards of customer service

• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere to bring the best out of your team

• Support the management team with all set tasks and goals of the company

• Ensure best brand practice is followed

Requirements:

• Work experience as Bartender (1 year min)

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous bar, cocktails and lounge service experience

• Feel confident to take responsibility for the day to day running of the business

• You should have an eye for detail and be able to work under pressure
