Job Responsibilities
New enquiries to be generated and these leads converted to orders
Follow up and ensure the price quoted as per enquiries received from different clients within stipulated time period
Follow up with clients on getting the project awarded.
For technical meetings liaison with client and technical team
Negotiate with clients for final pricing, terms and conditions favourable to company policy.
Coordinating with the estimation & contracts department
Follow up on collection of payments from starting till end of the projects
Resolving problems on all stages of the project
Follow up on receivables of old and new projects
Ensure the targets assigned by management is followed. Keep management informed by submitting activity report, daily call reports, weekly / monthly and annual plans
Should be able to comprehend cash fund analysis and work around that
Good in documentation pertaining to sales portfolio
Skills
Proven managerial experience
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
QUALIFICATION
Graduate/ Diploma with 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in project sales - aluminium or related industry
