Our constant Customer is actively looking for experienced, energetic people to join luxury resort's team at the position - Swim Coach. If you are a good swimmer and you know how to motivate people develop their swimming skills and techniques then you are the candidate we are looking for!

Location: Doha, Qatar

About Employer:

It is a luxury and famous club in Qatar and it has a reputation as the leading family club within Doha, Qatar. The club provides recreational, leisure and dining facilities for senior government staff, top businessmen, members of the diplomatic and their families.

Working conditions:

• Work and residence permit paid by customer

• Official salary

• Salary will be based on the experience & qualification of the candidates

• Unlimited contract

• Transportation, duty meals

• Comfortable accommodation

• Air ticket, paid vacation

• Full medical insurance

Responsibilities:

• Promote the swimming classes to all members of the resort

• Ensure that all clients complete the appropriate payment and forms prior to their first session

• Implement the swimming pool rules and regulations

• Coordinate with fellow lifeguard and supervisor on duty

• To be ready to perform lifesaving procedure at any given situation or give any necessary first aid

Requirements:

• Working experience as Swim Coach at resort or hotel (2-3 years min)

• Certificate or Diploma in relevant sport field

• Ability to instruct swimming lessons for any member of the resort

• Good leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills

• Fluent English speaker
