For more information on Tremco CPG, Inc., please go to: This job is 100% remote The Business Development, BURmastic/Modified Bitumen (BUR/MB) role involves driving sales (demand, adoption, and growth) within assigned market segments and technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, building and maintaining tools, market positioning, training, and education. The role requires being a thought leader and subject matter expert, providing strategic direction, and promoting system selling to foster growth. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Review each local Roofing field sales' annual business plan. Participate in local roofing sales teams, regional leadership, and training to drive growth through strategic activities. Serve as a technical expert in related technologies and market segments. Identify gaps in the product line and present opportunities for development and growth. Lead and collaborate on pre-launch and post-launch activities, including testing, certification, warranties, collateral, and case studies. Work with sales to develop plans to increase sales knowledge and revenue, including new product launches. Collaborate with the Learning team on industry training content and target contractor engagement. Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns to generate leads and opportunities. Partner with Corporate Development and Strategy to develop business plans and prioritize M&A targets. Support integration of acquired products and collaborate on next-generation technology development. Create and train on value calculators. Participate in industry associations and trade shows as appropriate. Provide regular updates on activities, initiatives, and KPIs. Enhance technical knowledge continuously through self-study and industry networks. Experience and Skills Deep knowledge of the assigned market segment and technologies. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong understanding of industry trends, market landscape, and customer preferences. Excellent communication, decision-making, collaboration, and presentation skills. High initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, climb ladders, reach, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits and Compensation Starting at $117,000, with potential variation based on location, experience, and performance.
