Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrates proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, or similar CAD software, with the ability to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings. Offers a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction drafting, showcasing a solid understanding of construction processes. Must be eligible to work in the country with no nationality preferences. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and any additional language skills are a plus. Displays strong technical and hard skills including proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of building codes, and construction methodologies. Exhibits excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Demonstrates attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong ability to visualize and translate concepts into technical drawings.
