Guiding investors and end-users through the full sales process - from project briefings to handover. Providing expert advice on ROI, payment plans, and market trends. Building and nurturing a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach and relationship management. Attending project launches, site visits, and exclusive developer events. Staying up to date on Dubai’s real estate market and investment opportunities. Access to exclusive off-plan projects from top-tier developers Daily leads from in-house marketing and digital campaigns Strong commission structure + monthly incentives Marketing, admin, and CRM support so you can focus on what you do best - closing deals A collaborative, high-performance team environment Real career growth with a forward-thinking agency making waves in the market Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in off-plan property sales in Dubai. Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and investor behaviour. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
