The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lead with a proven track record in the Oil and Gas industry, especially with organizations dealing with high-profile clients like ADNOC. Key Objectives for This Role Maximize commercial performance while managing business/project risk (pre and post-contract) Commercialization of sub-Business Group service offerings to support growth and strategy Develop teams with commercial and cross-functional expertise Ensure compliance with commercial/contracting policies Resolve disputes/claims and cash collection issues Embed effective commercial governance and assurance Support tender governance processes Responsibilities Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Manage pre-award activities, including supporting proposal teams, reviewing tenders, and preparing pricing Oversee activities within tender governance processes Ensure compliance with Woods' policies and procedures Develop and implement project commercial strategies and profit plans Maintain project-specific DOAs and document commercial approvals Prepare and analyze contract and project reporting inputs Qualifications and Skills What makes you remarkable?
