Responsibilities include operational verification, commissioning, startup, configuration, troubleshooting, preventive or corrective repairs, and training on all LMS products. Responsibilities Travel to job sites within the designated region(s). Provide world-class support to customers at installation sites. Commission, configure, and evaluate LMS product installations. Troubleshoot product and process issues. Perform testing functions. Repair, replace, or initiate RMA processes for defective parts. Prepare and manage documentation sent to customers. Enter and manage field support cases in the business system. Communicate effectively with customers regarding site visit results. Share product and commercial feedback with the service team to support collaboration with sales, product management, and engineering teams. Identify and escalate quality issues to relevant departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of industry-related experience, preferably in electronics, electromechanical systems, or instrumentation. Basic technical aptitude and electro-mechanical skills. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication at all organizational levels, with sales reps, and customers. Ability to meet physical requirements of safety training, including HUET (helicopter underwater escape).
