Join to apply for the Specialist: Supply Chain Systems role at Aspen Pharma Group Job Purpose: An operational role in the Aspen Technology Enabled Shared Services business unit responsible for implementing enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that enable the development of system solutions to drive Supply Chain efficiency and value creation. The role bridges business requirements with technical systems solutions, understanding business challenges, and managing changes to meet user needs. It ensures effective system delivery and support to Aspen’s Global Supply Chain, including incident resolution and end-user support. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Training and/or certification in BPM, SDLC, ITIL, Dev Ops, Agile. Inaxis Certifications are advantageous. RR Author Level 2, Administrator Level 1 certifications. Experience with Talend. 8+ years in Supply Chain and Inventory Management systems. 5+ years managing customer relationships in operational and global service environments, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries. Configuration and technical design experience in Kinaxis. Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain processes, forecasting, demand planning, inventory optimization, and integration with finance systems. Key Performance Areas: Implement enhancements and improvements for Group Supply Chain Systems. Participate in design sessions to address business challenges and recommend solutions. Document and manage IT-related procedures and processes. Ensure functionality is built with reusability in mind, moving away from point solutions. Follow up on incidents and requests, resolving within agreed timeframes. Communicate progress to customers and stakeholders professionally. Assist business stakeholders by understanding and addressing their needs. Provide advanced troubleshooting skills. Manage CAPA processes. Handle pipeline management and software development lifecycle for changes and projects. Resolve incidents and requests, working with service providers on complex requirements. Manage technical solution sprint backlog, effort estimation, prioritization, and deployment. Assess risks and develop remediation plans. Adhere to quality assurance processes.
