Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential customers to drive sales of electronic goods. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective closing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct clients. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the electronic products offered, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Provide product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs. Customer Relationship Management: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain a strong rapport with customers through regular follow-ups and communication. Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams. Identify new opportunities for product placement and sales. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and client databases. Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the sales manager. Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of goods. Requirements: 5 Years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical specifications of electronic goods. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
