"After successful insourcing of media buying, we are now looking to hire our next ambitious colleague to join our team and continue the great work over the past years," says Kasper Bo, Global Digital Media Director. About the job Over the past seven years, we have established our own in-house digital agency, The Barn. In this role, you will help shape our digital media buying function as part of our global team of Digital Media Specialists across countries like Denmark, Germany, England, Sweden, and Canada (35 colleagues). You will experience the best of two worlds: working locally with the Digital & Media Team and globally with other specialists. We need your expertise to execute our digital media campaigns in the MENA region. Your responsibilities will include: Building campaigns in campaign managers or DSPs Analyzing campaign performance and recommending tactical adjustments to optimize results Performing in-flight optimization using our global ad-tech ecosystem Using data, KPI analysis, and digital testing to understand audiences and develop consumer journeys Collaborating with local media agencies, digital marketing teams, and brand managers Who are you? We value drive and ambition over formal education. Do you have 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house team? Do you possess: Exceptional analytical skills with data and presentation capabilities Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical data to diverse audiences Experience with digital paid media buying on platforms like You Tube, retail media, META, and Tik Tok Knowledge of digital ad ecosystems (Connected TV, Digital OOH, Retail Media) and programmatic buying (DV360) What do we offer?
