In this role, you will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects Oversee on-site implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on site supervision Proficiency in CAD software, such as Auto CAD and Sketch Up Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Dubai Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience in sustainable design practices Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ, BIID) preferred Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Dubai Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Egis by 2x Get notified about new Senior Interior Designer jobs in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates .
