Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Dubai, UAE (Initial 12-month at location with Disrupt) Role Overview: Disrupt.com is seeking a Founder in Residence focused on Healthcare & Longevity to lead the creation of an AI-driven healthtech startup. This role provides the opportunity to shape and launch a groundbreaking venture that leverages AI to improve patient outcomes and extend healthy lifespans. You will co-found the company, with Disrupt acting as your first investor, providing full backing to turn your vision into reality. What You’ll Be Doing: Venture Creation: Identify and validate breakthrough AI solutions in healthcare that address key issues like chronic disease management, preventative care, and aging population needs. Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Quickly build prototypes, iterate based on user feedback, and achieve product-market fit. Customer Discovery: Conduct interviews with patients, providers, and stakeholders to validate the value proposition and refine the product. Business Model Development: Define scalable business models, identify revenue streams, and develop unit economics. ROI & Metrics Management: Track performance through detailed financial models and KPIs, managing the venture’s P&L. Strategic Partnerships: Forge partnerships with hospitals, pharma, or other healthtech startups for data access, distribution, or tech licensing. Own the Vision: Lead the venture’s vision, mission, and roadmap, pitching internally for resources and alignment. MVP Development & Traction: Drive product development, gather early users, and iterate rapidly for market validation. Growth & Go-to-Market: Develop strategies for acquiring and retaining users, scaling the business effectively. Team Building: Assemble the founding team and foster a culture of innovation, recruiting top talent across key areas. Fundraising: Lead efforts to secure additional capital once initial milestones are met, leveraging Disrupt’s network for funding. Leadership & Execution: Act as CEO, making swift, smart decisions to drive growth and shape the future of healthcare. What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables): AI-First Builder Mindset: Experience building or applying AI in products, with a focus on healthcare. DTC/B2B Product Experience: Successful product launches in either DTC or B2B, with a focus on user experience. Deep Healthcare Expertise: Understanding of healthcare regulations, industry stakeholders, and the potential of AI in healthcare. Strong Tech Intuition: Ability to lead technical teams and understand AI/ML concepts. Growth Savvy: Creative strategies for customer acquisition and early traction. Strategic Clarity & Bias for Action: Ability to break down big problems and execute efficiently. Proven Leadership: Experience leading teams, attracting talent, and rallying stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years in entrepreneurship or leadership in early-stage startups. Proven track record in launching or scaling digital products in healthtech or similar domains. Strong execution mindset with the ability to build from the ground up. Deep passion for healthcare and AI’s transformative potential. Comfortable managing financials and making data-driven decisions. Bonus Points if you: Have been a serial founder or part of an early-stage startup that achieved notable scale or exit. Have experience within large healthcare organizations or public health systems.
