Job Description We are looking for an Associate Consultant, Strategy to play a key role in supporting the development and design of comprehensive communication strategies for our clients. This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging frameworks, and ensuring cohesive, impactful communications across all channels. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Support the development of tailored communication strategies aligned with client objectives. Audience Analysis: Conduct research to identify target audiences and assess communication needs. Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with stakeholders. Campaign Development: Design multi-platform communication campaigns. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strategies for effective stakeholder communication. Measurement & Evaluation: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure effectiveness. Client Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery of communication deliverables. Collaboration: Work with creative, PR, content, and digital teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate strategies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in communications, PR, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in consulting and communications strategy, preferably in an agency or consultancy. Personal Attributes: Strategic, proactive, solutions-oriented, collaborative, adaptable. Skills: Analytical, excellent verbal and written communication, digital platform proficiency, project management, stakeholder management.
