Specification Engineer - Strategic Partners

What's the Role? We are looking for a Specification Engineer to help increase Hilti Specifications by systematically developing Strategic Partners. This will be achieved by specifying Hilti in Project Specifications and Project Vendor Lists to secure Hilti’s future business and increase potential for future projects. What does the role involve? In this role, you will focus on developing customers that are strategic to the success of Hilti’s future business (Large Accounts) across the UAE. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the value proposition of Hilti solutions for specifiable products and engineering software to influence project specifications and vendor lists for Hilti’s engineering products and services. What you need is: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic or Urdu is a plus Sales-oriented, with experience working in technical engineering Solid experience in MEP hangers and supports (design and installation) is a plus Senior relationship management skills to confidently engage with senior and C-level customers Structured approach and excellent time management capabilities Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Self-driven and capable of working autonomously Why should you apply?
