Base pay range Key responsibilities: Project Planning: Responsible for preparing layouts, mood boards, developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with clients, production team, and stakeholders to understand requirements and establish project goals. Develop schedules, set milestones, monitor progress, and address deviations to ensure timely completion. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including coordinating with the production team, ensuring material and equipment availability, and assigning tasks. Budgeting and Cost Control: Create and manage project budgets, implementing cost control measures to reduce waste. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop strategies, assess risks, and develop contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for project-related communication, maintaining regular updates with clients and stakeholders to align on objectives. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of architectural models through quality control, inspections, and meeting standards. Team Leadership: Manage and lead the project/production team, assign tasks, provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. Requirements: B.
