Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Account management: full accountability in serving clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring effective interactions between clients and consultant partners to facilitate informed decisions. Adhering to Golden Apple DWC LLC compliance policies and implementing them continuously. Cold calling and vetting industry specialists before recommending them to clients for projects. Understanding clients' research needs and pitching suitable products and services based on project requirements. Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with consultant partners. Collaborating with Associate Recruiters to source leads and outsource recruitment as needed. Fostering team collaboration and maintaining a growth mindset. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from a leading university, or previous experience as an Account/Project Manager. 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing or account management role. Strong knowledge and experience using Salesforce. Fluent in written and verbal communication in Spanish and English. Client-centric with a problem-solving attitude. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in proactive outreach and client relationship management.
