Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (TALLY / ODOO). Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies. Supervise inbound/outbound stock movements with proper documentation. Generate real-time inventory reports and KPIs. Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient flow. Ensure inventory best practices and compliance are followed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field). 3–5 years of proven experience in inventory management. Strong hands-on experience with TALLY / ODOO ERP systems. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Willingness to travel within the UAE. Preferred: Experience handling 1000+ SKUs across multiple product categories. Background in FMCG, Trading, or Retail sectors. Familiarity with inventory KPIs and performance metrics.
