Service Care Technician (Watchmaker), Dubai Perform effective and efficient repairs on the relevant product category in line with Bvlgari Service Care Standards, respecting cost, quality, and lead time objectives. Profile Perform technical repairs to the assigned product category, including dismounting, reconditioning, component exchange, polishing, cleaning, reassembling (encasing), and quality checks. Work autonomously or independently within a team. Assess the authenticity and reparability of products, providing technical evaluations and determining necessary spare parts. Register repair data (e.g., cost estimates, spare parts needed) and track/update repair status in the relevant system where applicable. Contribute to evaluating the type of repair or technical intervention required. Collaborate with the supervisor regarding all relevant repairs. Complete all assigned repairs according to the schedule provided by the supervisor. Experience with SAP system is a plus. Perform movement overhauls on automatic and quartz movements. Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing and repair processes for the assigned product category. Knowledge of repair techniques and tools for the assigned product category.
