Responsibilities: Review & analyze technicalities of a Purchase Order (PO). Verify the comparative charts & ensure compliance with policy guidelines & budget. Assess contracts & Purchase Orders (PO) in relation to market trends. Negotiate and manage medium to high value contracts. Analyze & review contracts per terms & conditions and raise queries to the procurement team if necessary. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Mechanical). 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement within construction management or project management. Experience in the construction industry is advantageous. Cost Analysis & Data Analysis (Audit). Business Understanding & Regulatory Knowledge.
