Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.Candidate Sourcing Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs. Screening & Interviewing Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements. Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Collaboration with Hiring Managers Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications. Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles. Recruitment Process Management Manage candidates throughout the hiring process from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Administer technical assessments or psychometric tests where applicable. Evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations based on assessments and interviews. Offer Management & Negotiation Prepare and extend employment offers including salary and benefits negotiations. Communicate hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to all candidates in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered. Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a full-cycle 360 recruiter, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization. UAE hiring experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. Experience with Zoho Recruit is valued. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of modern interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection methods. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English (written and spoken) required. Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
