As a Pricing Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales margin and revenue across Europe and International, with a particular focus on Middle East & Africa (MEA). Key Responsibilities Drive margin and revenue optimization through strategic pricing initiatives in assigned geographies. Lead and execute the Special Price Approval Process in alignment with global standards. Manage and maintain Price Lists and the Pricing Model to ensure accuracy and competitiveness. Oversee the Anti-Gray Marketing Process to protect market integrity. Support the Global Opportunity Process, ensuring alignment with profitability goals. Conduct Profitability Analyses for large-scale projects and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, sales, and product management, to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Provide analytical support and insights to enhance pricing decisions and identify optimization opportunities. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of pricing tools, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Line of Business (LOB) roles. Experience in sales or customer-facing roles desired. Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a high level of numerical accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability working independently with a high degree of ownership, while also thriving in collaborative environments where teamwork and shared goals drive success Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CPQ systems, Oracle BI (OBIEE), Salesforce (b FO), and SQL. Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) certification is a strong advantage. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel internationally up to 15% of the time. Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
