Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: A Nursing Assistant in Dubai plays a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals by providing essential patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. This role involves assisting nurses, doctors, and other medical staff in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Provide basic medical care under the supervision of a nurse, such as changing bandages and applying dressings. Help with patient mobility, including transferring and repositioning bedridden patients. Ensure a clean and safe patient environment by changing linens and maintaining hygiene. Assist nurses and doctors during medical procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team. Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. Requirements: Education: Diploma or certification in Nursing Assistance or a related field. Experience: Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic medical knowledge and understanding of patient care procedures. License/Certification: DHA (Dubai Health Authority) eligibility or license is preferred. Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
