Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Liaise with internal staff at all levels and coordinate project-based work as requested. Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively handle any arising issues. Perform other office duties that may include ordering supplies, and managing inventory. Provide operational support such as handling confidential matters with discretion. Requirements Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with related software tools. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Ability to exercise professional judgment and solve problems independently. Flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
