Technical Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Service Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients. Coordinate with clients for service calls and provide proposals for maintenance. Submit reports and coordinate projects with required documents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service and promptly address any client concerns or inquiries. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the field of electrical or electronics products. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronics components and their applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and report-making. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with clients. Educational qualification: Electrical or Electronics Diploma or Degree.
